1. What this covers

This policy applies to empire-ops.com (the “Service”) and its affiliate redirect endpoints (empire-ops.com/r/*). Empire Operations does not directly host viewer accounts or social media content; those are governed by the respective platform privacy policies.

2. Data we collect from visitors

Standard server logs: IP address, country (via Cloudflare), browser user-agent, referrer URL, timestamp, requested path. Retained 90 days for fraud prevention and analytics.
Affiliate click metadata: When you click an /r/<code> link, we log the shortcode, your country (for geo-routing), and the destination merchant. We do not log personally identifiable information.
Cookies: Cloudflare may set technical cookies (e.g., __cf_bm) for bot protection. We do not set tracking cookies on this domain.

3. Data we do NOT collect

Names, emails, phone numbers, or payment information directly through this site.
Account credentials of any kind.
Cross-site tracking identifiers.

4. Third parties

When you click an affiliate link, you are forwarded to a partner merchant (e.g., Amazon, NordVPN, Calm, iHerb). Those merchants then apply their own privacy policies and may set their own tracking cookies, which we cannot control. We receive only aggregated, anonymized commission data from those merchants.

Networks we work with: Amazon Associates, Impact.com, Awin, Adtraction, and direct merchant programs. Each maintains its own privacy policy.

5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA Thailand)

You may request: deletion of any server logs that contain your IP, an export of any data we hold related to your IP, or correction of inaccurate records. Email contact@empire-ops.com with subject “Privacy Request.”

6. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post a notice on our published channels.
